Donna M. Morgan earned a Diploma in Nursing from Methodist Hospital in Philadelphia, a BS in Nursing from Elmira College, a Master of Science in Nursing from Syracuse University, and a PhD in Nursing from Binghamton University. Her dissertation was the "Effect of Incongruency of Heart Attack Symptoms on the Decision to Seek Treatment in a Rural Population."
