Jan Bullard earned a BSN from Alfred University and an MSN as a Pediatric CNS from Upstate Medical Univesity. Her primary area of interest is Pediatric Critical Care. She enjoys leisure activites that include fishing and gardening and volunteering at the local SPCA.
